Procurement Supervisor at Indofood
Indofood, one of Indonesia’s leading food companies, is currently opening an exciting career opportunity for the position of Procurement Supervisor in the Non-Flexible Packaging / Advertising & Promotion category.
This role is ideal for professionals who have experience in procurement and supplier management, especially in packaging materials and promotional products. As a Procurement Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of goods according to specifications, on time, and at the most economical cost. Your responsibilities will include preparing bidding data, managing purchase orders, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, reviewing canvass sheets, negotiating contracts, and supporting monthly reporting and administrative activities.
Indofood is looking for candidates who hold at least a bachelor’s degree in any major, have 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or buying at a supervisory level, and possess strong knowledge of non-flexible packaging (paper and non-paper based) and advertising & promotion materials. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, have strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, and be willing to work in Sudirman.
